Our National Practice

The attorneys of MarineLawyers.net are based in Michigan but represent clients across the country with respect to issues relating to their existing motor yachts, the acquisition of new vessels and the negotiations of new vessel construction agreements, assisting owners with locating and hiring staff and project managers, as well as various other legal issues, retaining local counsel when to assist us when necessary.

We can assist our clients in matters that arise outside of Michigan, including litigation and negotiations with parties located in other states.  In many cases, our clients reside or conduct their business in states other than Michigan, however, given our technical knowledge and experience in the motor yacht industry, we are asked to continue to provide advice and representation regardless of the client’s or the vessel’s location.

Our attorneys are also available to serve as co-counsel to other lawyers who require our particular expertise in disputes throughout the United States.
